Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ggoose.org (“Ggoose”, “we”, “our”, “us”) at ggoose.org (the “Website”). We want you to love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right the guidelines below explain exactly how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns Window
1.1 You may return any physical product purchased from the Website within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
- We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns (no deductions, no fees for you).
- The label is issued after approval of your request and sent to your email with step-by-step instructions.
- Valid for returns initiated within 30 calendar days from delivery and items that meet the condition requirements of our policy.
- Returns sent without our label or sent cash-on-delivery will be refused.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, items to return, and a brief reason.
- Receive your RMA and pre-paid label (plus packing and drop-off/pickup instructions).
- Pack the item in original packaging (shoe box is part of the product) and include your order number inside.
- Drop off at the specified carrier location or hand to the arranged courier.
- Track your parcel using the link in our email.
NOTES:
- One pre-paid label per return request; if multiple boxes are needed, let us know in the request.
- The correct return address is embedded in the label—do not ship elsewhere.
- International returns are also pre-paid by us; duties/taxes previously paid to customs aren’t refundable by us.
- If the label expires or the pickup fails, contact us to reissue or reschedule at no cost.
5. Refunds
5.1 When your return arrives, we inspect it within 3 business days.
5.2 If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5.3 Depending on your bank or payment provider (PayPal, credit card, etc.) it can take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear.
5.4 If you have not seen the refund after that period, please contact us at [email protected] with your order and RMA numbers.
6. Exchanges
6.1 We do not operate a direct exchange system. If you need a different colour, size or item, please:
- Follow the return steps above for the original product, and
- Place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures the fastest delivery and avoids items selling out.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1 Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt.
7.2 Attach clear photos (product, packaging, shipping label).
7.3 Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A full refund, or
- Store credit—your choice.
8. Return Address
8.1 The return warehouse may vary by product or region. Do not ship your item until we provide the correct address in your RMA email.
